Youtube Latest news -new rule Put threshold of ten thousand life time total channel views to join youtube partner program (YPP) to monitiza your videos on channel .
* Earnings made by channels less than 10k views will be taken in considration till 6 april 2017.
* Once new channel will now reach the threshold of 10000 views on their channel they can apply to join youtube partner programe .then youtube team will review the whole activity of his video & source of traffic and once the channel found genuine , it will be approved for monitization
