How to Change Locales on a Per-App Basis [Xposed]
Full Tutorial: to Gadget Hacks: this video, I'll be showing you an Xposed module called "App Locale" that lets you set different languages for each of your Android apps.
This is perfect for bilingual users, since you can keep your system-wide locale in the same language, but only change individual apps that you normally use in a different language. Changing your locale will change every menu and dialog in each app, plus you can set as many different languages as you want.
